All our products are printed using a thermoplastic called PLA (polylactic acid/polylactide).

​PLA is economically produced from renewable resources and typically made from fermented plant starch such as corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp and is therefore biodegradable.

​The thermoplastic is heated up and pushed through a nozzle printing layer upon layer to create a 3D object and this is how all our products are made.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. 

​Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. 

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note refunds cannot be given for any customised, bespoke or personalised items unless faulty. See individual item listings for more information.

All our items are made to order, so whilst I will do my best to get it made and in the post ASAP it could be up to 10 working days before your item is dispatched.

Items are all sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. (2-4 days)
